Epson Announces Availability of Production Printers Featuring Compact Design and Advanced Performance.Tweet this

Epson’s latest wide format technology and offers some significant advantages over the previous generation. The new line replaces the T3270/5270/7270 models. The new 5770 & 7770 models are offered as dual roll models only. The printer only versions are available to order now, with the embedded scanner version expected to be available mid-May. Scanners are not an option to be added later. If you are looking for multi-function versions, wait for the DM version of these models and expect a May availability.

One of the things you will notice is that the new models will be more expensive than the old single roll models. The good news is that the 700ml inks are about $55 cheaper, for each color ink cartridge.

These new T-Series offers a 6th color (as opposed to the previous 5), including a true Red Color station. Also, there will be a stacker available for these models, expected in a few months, which will offer convenient stacking of up to 50 prints.

Debuting at TCEA 2023, New PowerLite and BrightLink Models Enhance Collaboration for Education and Corporate EnvironmentsJanuary 25, 2023 ProjectorsClassroom ProjectorsLarge Venue Projectors

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. – Jan. 25, 2023 – With connected classrooms continuing to evolve and hybrid models here to stay in today’s workspaces, display technology is becoming more adaptable and easier to use for both in-person and remote individuals. Falling in line with this, Epson, the number-one selling projector brand worldwide,1 today announced the expansion of its PowerLite® and BrightLink® laser projector lines. Adding 12 new lamp-free laser displays, powered by Epson’s proprietary 3-chip 3LCD technology, the new models deliver big, bright images, along with convenient collaboration tools, easy setup and ultra-wide options to ensure all participants can see, interact and be seen. Making their debut at TCEA 2023, the Epson booth #1036 will showcase the new projectors and more.

“Our meeting and education spaces have evolved drastically, and it has become apparent that today’s displays need to be large and wide enough to accommodate all aspects of viewing, sharing and interactivity for better in person and remote participant engagement,” said Remi Del Mar, senior product manager, Epson America, Inc. “With these latest lamp-free laser displays, Epson implemented important points of innovation to deliver larger displays and make collaboration and engagement seamless. This includes tools for easier one-on-one student device sharing along with multi-device connectivity.”

Classroom and Meeting Room Game-Changer

Sitting a few inches from the wall, the new PowerLite EB-810E Ultra is Epson’s first ultra-short throw solution for classrooms and meeting rooms to leverage Epson’s 4K Enhancement2 technology. Capable of creating massive 4K enhanced images at a minimum 80 inches from just one inch away and up to 150 inches from as close as 14 inches from a wall or screen, the new PowerLite EB-810E Ultra brings stunning clarity to presentations and educational content. Delivering crystal-clear content that’s easy-to-read, the new PowerLite EB-810E Ultra fuses Epson’s impressive ultra-short throw laser capabilities with high resolution to deliver better detail for a range of viewing scenarios.

Del Mar continues, “As display trends shift, putting people, content and collaboration at the heart of every room’s design, Epson continues to invest in technology that aligns with the current needs of today’s educators, business owners and IT professionals.”

The Future of Interactive Learning

Taking interactive learning one step further, Epson is making it even easier for educators to get connected with its new browser-based BrightLink GoBoardTM 780Fi ultra-short throw interactive laser display. As a true PC-free interactive display, the BrightLink GoBoard 780Fi was built for instant online access. Educators can simply power on and go with this embedded browser display solution designed to make it easier to access cloud-stored lesson plans, online content and favored applications, directly from the display without needing to connect a PC.

In addition, offering up to 4,100 lumens of equal color and white brightness,3 Epson is also adding the new BrightLink 760Wi and BrightLink 770Fi ultra-short throw interactive laser displays to its lineup. Delivering big, bright, colorful images with almost 85 percent more display area than a 75-inch flat panel, the new interactive laser displays deliver dynamic digital experiences. Designed for ease-of-use in collaborative learning environments, educators can seamlessly access interactive whiteboard tools with flexible installation options or use BrightLink’s built-in pen-based interactivity and optional touch functionality. Wireless connectivity with casting capabilities from PCs, Mac® computers, Chromebooks, and Android and iOS® devices,4 along with convenient split screen functionality,5 make it even easier for teachers and students to wirelessly display up to four screens simultaneously.

The new BrightLink interactive displays are also compatible with frequently used software applications, including Office 365® and Google Workspace, and are equipped with split screen support and whiteboard sharing to make collaboration even easier. The BrightLink 770Fi supports ultra-wide 21:9 displays for even more content viewing at one time. Additionally, with the ability to display on a common whiteboard, educators regain access to their whiteboard when the projectors are not in use.

Bright, Wider and Easy-to-Read Displays

The new standard throw PowerLite L210WL260F and L265F, short-throw PowerLite L210SW and L210SF and ultra-short throw PowerLite 760W770F and 775F offer 4,000 to 4,600 lumens of equal color and white brightness2 and are engineered for reliability and deliver large, vibrant images up to 310-inches that captivate audiences and encourage engagement. How to Choose the Proper Industrial Labels for Your Needs

Industrial labels serve a variety of purposes in businesses and other organizations. For example, they can be used for product identification, inventory tracking, or warning and cautionary information. However, choosing the right one for your needs can be challenging with many different labels available. This guide will help you select the best labels for your application.

1. The type of surface the label will be applied to:

These labels can be made from various materials, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. For example, some materials are better suited for smooth surfaces, while others can adhere to textured or curved surfaces.

2. The environment the label will be exposed to:

The labels must withstand exposure to harsh chemicals, UV light, extreme temperatures, and other harsh conditions. Choose a material that can withstand the specific conditions where the label will be used.

3. The printing method:

Industrial labels can be printed using various methods, including thermal transfer, laser, and inkjet. Each printing method has advantages and disadvantages, so choose the one that best meets your needs.

4. The size and shape of the label:

The labels come in a variety of sizes and shapes. Choose a size and shape that will fit nicely on the surface where the label will be applied.

5. The adhesive:

The adhesive is an essential factor to consider when choosing industrial labels. Some adhesives are better suited for specific surfaces or environments than others. Choose an adhesive that will provide a strong bond and withstand the label’s conditions.

6. The price:

Of course, you’ll also need to consider the price when choosing industrial labels. They can be expensive, so be sure to compare prices from various vendors before making your purchase.

7. The turnaround time:

If you need your labels quickly, be sure to choose a vendor with a fast turnaround time. Some vendors may charge a premium for quick turnaround times, so be sure to factor that into your decision.

8. Customer service:

Finally, be sure to consider the customer service of the vendor you’re considering. You’ll want to choose a vendor that is responsive to your questions and concerns.

  1. Helps businesses keep track of products and inventory: The labels can be used for product identification and inventory tracking. This helps businesses and organizations keep track of their products and inventory, saving time and money.

44-Inch Production Photo Printer Selected for Annual Photography Gear Roundup

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. – Sept. 19, 2022 – Epson today announced the SureColor® P8570D 44-inch wide-format photo printer has been honored as one of the featured selections in Professional Photographer’s 2022 Hot Ones buyer’s guide. The production-class printer was highlighted for its compact design and high-volume photo fulfillment capabilities. The annual buyer’s guide showcases products for professional photographers that are innovative, exciting and inspiring. Featured products range from high-end specialty gear to economical tools of the trade, as well as items designed to make a great impression on a photographer’s clients.

“Epson is honored to be chosen by Professional Photographer for the Hot Ones,” said Marc Aguilera, product manager, Professional Imaging, Epson America, Inc. “The SureColor P8570D is a cost-effective solution for photo labs needing to produce sharp, detailed, colorful prints at production speeds, and this recognition underscores its place among the best of the best for photographers.”

For 23 years, Professional Photographer magazine has been publishing its annual Hot Ones, highlighting the best photography gear on the market. Selected items represent a collection of notable products to pique the interest of photographers and include gear ranging from cameras and lenses to flashes and tripods, to drones, frames, and more.

“With every passing year, it gets harder to keep track of all the new gear, software and service offerings in the industry,” said Joan Sherwood, senior editor, Professional Photographer. “We review a lot of entries and it’s a great recognition to be chosen for the Hot Ones buyer’s guide. We are thankful to see Epson continuing to develop new products, underscoring their commitment to the industry and the photographer. The new SureColor P8570D is included for its outstanding output and compact design, making it a great solution for high-production photography labs.”
