Our expert technical and sales professionals work closely with our customers to provide them with the service and equipment that fits best for their printing/copying/scanning/ networking/ faxing needs. We provide sales and service to the Carolinas, with more than 25 years experience in the industry.
We check and technically evaluate pre-owned equipment before we deliver to our customers. Off-lease equipment inventory is on-going which assures continuos supplies of various brands and equipment types.
Pricing and Payment Resources
We bring up to spec pre-owned equipment upon our customers requests, and customers receive up-dated equipment at a competitive pricing ranging from 50% to 80% discounts vs. original price lists. We work with our customers to fit to their budget needs, offering one time purchase or monthly payment plans.
Service Agreement, Fix as you go & Service Calls.
Our service agreement is month by month and can be cancelled anytime. When our Service agreement is in place, we supply parts, repairs and consumables at a competitive pricing, servicing the copier for a long up to spec life. We provide technical expertise for most brands in the market such as Kyocera, Ricoh, Epson, Konica Minolta, Sharp and Canon.
Our fix as you go means that our customers can call us to repair their equipment anytime without a service agreement, usually called “the break and fix” service calls. Customers can call us anytime at (336) 905-6933, we answer our phones and we return phone calls! Customers can also email us at : email@example.com, we will answer emails too!
Our customers can order from Good Guys consumables and parts without service agreements, this includes identifying and delivering consumables or parts to keep much needed equipment running.
Evaluation and Recommendations to get out of a Lease
We pride ourselves in the fact that we have more than 25 years experience handling office equipment leases. Because of our ample exprience we can work with our customers to undo the very persitant ties of contract agreements, which make it difficult to manage having good equipment without a costly lease.
