The WorkForce Enterprise AM-C550z Color MFP* is a productive 55 ISO ppm† A4 device with a space-saving inner finisher ideal for high-demand environments. The WorkForce Enterprise AM-M5500 Monochrome MFP** is a high-productivity 55 ISO ppm† A3 device ideal for departments and large workgroups that need to keep business moving.
Powered by PrecisionCore® Heat-Free technology, a simple, smart and clean solution, the AM-C550z and AM-M5500 are designed for remarkable reliability with low waste, zero warmup time and deliver a fast first page out, outstanding image quality and crisp text. Both MFPs offer impressive image quality along with the lowest power consumption in their classes1 – up to 60% lower vs. color laser printers1 with the AM-C550z and up to 60% lower vs. mono laser printers1 with the AM-M5500.

With a flexible design to fit virtually any workspace, the AM-C550z can be configured as a desktop or floor-standing unit with the option to add up to three cassettes for a total of five paper sources. It supports up to Legal-sized media and includes an inner finisher for stacking, sorting and stapling. It has a recommended monthly print volume of 4,500 to 30,000 pages.
The AM-M5500 has an efficient design, using the least amount of floor space in its class2 and has an optional full-size or inner finisher for stacking, stapling and hole-punching. The full-size finisher can be expanded with a saddle unit for bi-fold, tri-fold and making booklets for in-house printshop applications. Its recommended monthly print volume ranges from 8,000 to 60,000 pages. It has wireless, multi-fax and multi-network connectivity options and the ability to print from iOS® mobile devices3 via AirPrint, print and scan from Android® devices via Mopria.
Both WorkForce Enterprise MFPs are engineered for powerful business productivity with a full suite of advanced security features and an intuitive, user-friendly 10.1″ color touchscreen with a customizable interface for easy operation. LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. – Oct. 12, 2023 – Empowering photographers to produce the finest exhibition quality prints, Epson today introduced the new 17-inch SureColor® P5370 professional printer designed to meet the demanding needs of professional and production photographic markets. Incorporating technological breakthroughs and enhanced reliability to produce prints as the artist intended, the new printer has an improved printhead, new ink set with an extended color gamut in dark blue hues, plus an advanced print engine for productivity, including sheet and roll capability. The SureColor P5370 is being debuted and shown at the Palm Springs Photo Festival.

Vincent Versace, a recognized pioneer in the art and science of digital photography noted, “When I have a large volume of prints to make and time and reliability is of the essence, the SureColor P5370 is my go-to printer for meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest photographic print quality.”

Touting a refined design, the SureColor P5370 combines an improved advanced MicroPiezo® AMC™ printhead with Epson Precision Dot Screening Technology to consistently produce prints with smooth tonal renditions and capability to reproduce the details captured with today’s high-resolution cameras. Featuring a new 10-color UltraChrome® PRO10 ink set in high-capacity 200 mL cartridges, including Violet Ink, the printer delivers an extended range of blue hues and a wider color gamut.1 With dedicated channels for Photo and Matte Black inks, there’s no ink switching, helping to save time and reduce ink waste. The printer’s built-in Carbon Black Mode increases Dmax, allowing for rich blacks and exceptional contrast on glossy paper.

Offering flexibility and increased productivity, the printer includes a built-in roll feeder, auto cutter and a high-capacity cassette that accommodates up to 100 cut sheets from 8.5” x 11” to 17” x 22”. In addition, to further support today’s workflows that leverage both Epson and third-party media, the SureColor P5370 includes Epson Media Installer, a software application designed to help control parameters for successful printing with a variety of media, including thick fine art papers.

Epson’s latest wide format technology and offers some significant advantages over the previous generation. The new line replaces the T3270/5270/7270 models. The new 5770 & 7770 models are offered as dual roll models only. The printer only versions are available to order now, with the embedded scanner version expected to be available mid-May. Scanners are not an option to be added later. If you are looking for multi-function versions, wait for the DM version of these models and expect a May availability.

One of the things you will notice is that the new models will be more expensive than the old single roll models. The good news is that the 700ml inks are about $55 cheaper, for each color ink cartridge.

These new T-Series offers a 6th color (as opposed to the previous 5), including a true Red Color station. Also, there will be a stacker available for these models, expected in a few months, which will offer convenient stacking of up to 50 prints.

SureColor T-Series

Delivering incredible speed and advanced performance, the 24-inch SureColor T3770E, SureColor T3770DE, SureColor T3770DR, 36-inch SureColor T5770DR, and 44-inch SureColor T7770DL feature 2.64-inch PrecisionCore® MicroTFP printhead technology to produce posters at speeds up to 300 sqft/hr, and A1/D-size technical prints in as little as 16 seconds.1 Designed for versatile applications, the models leverage innovative six-color UltraChrome® XD3 Ink with Red Ink to capture color gamut that can be a challenge for a production printer, as well as photo and matte black for printing on a wide range of glossy and matte media.

Up to 25% smaller than the previous generation, the models feature a compact, sleek design with complete front operation ideal for space-constrained environments. The 24-inch SureColor P6570E, SureColor P6570DE, SureColor P6570D, and 44-inch SureColor P8570DL feature a unique flattop design with complete front operation to fit almost any workflow and maximize productivity. Delivering incredible speed and performance and outstanding image quality, they leverage PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead technology and UltraChrome PRO6 Ink with Gray to produce sharp, detailed and vibrant prints with smooth gradations and neutral black-and-white images that rival comparable 8-color printers. Ideal for various photo applications, they print on a wide range of media, including photo, fine art, canvas, and rigid posterboard up to 1.5 mm thick. The 44-inch SureColor P8570DL includes high-capacity 1.6 L ink bags to reduce cartridge changes.
